Fettucini Alfredo
1/2 pound fettucini noodles 1/4 pound butter 1 cup whipping cream 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/2 cup chopped parsley salt and pepper to taste
Cook noodles in boiling salted water. Drain. Return to pot. Over low heat, stir in butter, cream, cheese and cook, mixing well, until butter is melted and mixture is hot. Stir in parsley and salt and pepper. |
