Pats Cake

Preheat oven to 350F


Crust
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup margarine


Mix flour and margarine together till crumbly. Press into a 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake in oven for 20 minutes. Let cool.


Top:
8 ounces cheese
1 cup Icing sugar
1 large container cool whip
2 packages pistachio pudding
3 cups cold milk


Combine cheese and sugar till smooth. Fold in 1/2 of cool whip. Spread over crust. Combine pudding and milk. Pour over cheese. Let set and frost with remaining cool whip.
