The guard had a blue hat on, which is barely visible. He looks more like a Russian from Goldeneye here.

The two rooms were connected by glass, which most likely could not have been destroyed or else face problems with objectives and no need for a door key. It was changed to fencing, although what building in the modern world has fencing inside?

The door inside the cut-scene now is a dataDyne door, and not this wall piece.

A normal picture except for the "Picked up something text." What could it be though? Joanna couldn't pick up a magnum since she already has one, and should already have a cmp. Scan by Pauncho Juancho.
