Tester, datadthief, and bug. The bug is the ECM mine, and the datathief is the data uplink. And the tester is probably the scanner reported by N64 magazine and shown somewhere below on this page.

Argh, like Goldeneye
it's only a glitched grenade, though this time it fires a
pistol shot.
The comms uplink is a version of the data uplink (see the below pic from training), and the mine is called the "ECM Mine" and not the bug here.
Night Vision is called "Night Sight". This pic is a bit imperfect, but you can see it says "Night Sight".
IR Scanner
There were no goggles, it merely was like the x-ray scanner or farsight vision.
Data Thief
Rather than data uplink, they used the data thief name from Goldeneye. It also could be the comms uplink, if you read the old training instructions.
Cam Spy
The EyeSpy was the old Campsy, although nothing but the name is different.
Combat Boost
Just a name change. It says "Speed Pill" and the primary function is "Boost".
Timer
The timer was separated without a colon, and was on the middle of the screen.
Hoverbike
In the beta version, Joanna could run guards over with the hoverbike. I think this would have made the vehicle a lot more useful and fun, especially in Infilitration. And the guard has an AR33 here.
Scanner
As reported from N64 magazine 30, this was a device called a scanner, which was basically a threat detector for items. Here, it says about Elvis on the bed: "Inanimate Object. Caution. May explode if shot". Pretty much useless information, and thus was eliminated. It may have shown where to detonate a wall in dataDyne Central: Defection, and told you "May explode when shot" for Elvis or crates.
Thanks to Ice Mario for the next picture from N64 magazine 30. It is the first option of the scanner, reading "Identify". I find it unusual Joanna has no gun out but there are bars on both sides (Scanner?).
The scanner also could lock onto and find out the danger of the guard (ex. turn red or blue) and lock on like the cmp. Here's the falcon locked onto a guard.

Planned for PD? It was in Goldeneye.

A chest. Most likely decoration for a level.

Beta shields! I scanned the left pic from N64 magazine 40. So, they did plan on using these, maybe in dataDyne only. They do make more sense.

Another chair. It must have been from dataDyne.
