There are windows on the ceiling and the rooms beyond are empty. The door to the outside, which is not there (but is there in training - locked) nowadays, has nothing beyond it.

Joanna has double falcons, which she can not get in the normal level.

Here is the weapons testing room, and the door appears to be completely open or missing. Also, there is a lack of glass w/ the old Bond weapons.

There were stairs up to the top. This must have been a faster way up.
