Likewise, in the human body, the heart is our most powerful oscillator, and as such it is capable of "pulling" our other oscillators into entrainment with it.

In terms of electromagnetic power, the heart produces about 2.5 watts with each beat, enough to power a night-light or a small radio. The amplitude of the electrical wave produced by the beating heart is about 50 times that of our brain waves, and the heart's magnetic field is about a thousand times stronger than that of the brain.
