Mutter Paneer Masala
Ingredients
2 cups Peas
1 Onion
2 tomatoes
1 cup paneer cubes
2 tsp sugar
2 tablespoons oil
1 tsp oil for frying paneer cubes
Salt to taste

For Masala
4 cloves of garlic
2 inch Ginger piece
2 cardamoms
4 cloves
1 stick cinnanmon

Procedure:
Roast the spices under masala except ginger/garlic for 2 minutes. Grind them into powder. Fry the paneer cubes in 1 tsp of oil till they turn light brown.
Cut onions and tomatoes into small pieces. Take a pan and add oil. Add Cumin seeds and wait till they splutter. Then add the cut pieces of onion/tomato and fry them for 2 min. Now add Garlic/Ginger paste and fry them until the mixture is soft. You shouldn't see any left pieces of tomato. Add peas and masala, fry again for couple of minutes. Now add water, sugar close the lid and simmer it for 15 min. There should be very little water left. If you want more gravy you can add little more water. Add the paneer cubes and garnish with cilantro if desired.
