1 lb. of flounder fillet
1 Tbs. Canola oil
1/3 Cup of fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. freshly grated onions
A pinch of fresh parsley
Place fillets in a single layer in an ungreased baking dish. Mix the oil, lemon juice, onions and parsley in a small bowl and then pour over the fish. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for approximately 15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Serve with steamed vegetables
