Nogami Yukana is a seiyuu with a bright, cute, and lively voice that fits Meiling well. She also does a good job on that with Nekio from X. I was a bit surprised at finding out that she played Angel Lily because that character is polite and rather shy, which is almost opposite of Meiling. -_-;; The only other thing I have to say is that Nogami Yukana is pretty!! XD and she looks a teeny weeny bit like Meiling.
