Shinohara Emi
Role: Kaho Mizuki
Shinohara Emi has that wonderful feminine voice that has that slight rough sound in it, making her sound sort of heroic. It's an energectic sound and is good for portraying strong female characters and tomboys. She can also play the chaotic/hyper/mad character (Presea yep yep ^^) and does a wonderful job of adding liveliness to their voice. Sailor Jupiter is a good example of the tomboy character. While Mizuki Kaho isn't exactly a tomboy, she is definitely in my oppinion a strong female and Shinohara Emi does a great job of bringing that out.
