Hunting: Hasn't been bird hunting yet. Has caught a full grown Canadian Goose in back yard. The goose was caught and released. Nose: Although he hasn't been able to point birds for hunting, he has pointed game in our yard. He has pointed geese, duck, crows, and song birds. Retrieves: He will retrieve toys and chews. Swims: He has swam in pond. Energetic: Always has more energy. Playful: Loves to play. Friendly: Loves attention. Intelligent: A real problem solver. When tethered, he will attempt to untie his rope. Chewed up his bark collar. Now he rarely wears one. Has learned to obey "NO BARK." Whitley is fairly good about staying in the yard. Whitley is kenneled outdoors. Whitley has been allowed inside for some attention during winter months. Whitley does not bark most of the time. Whitley loves playing with Magnum (Brother Scott's 8yr old Male Purebred Ryman English Setter). Magnum is a little less enthusiastic about spending time together with the newcomer Whitley. Magnum has left to live with Scott. Magnum visits occassionally. |
