| The chief military advisor to the Back Step team, Donovan is also assigned as a back-up or alternative pilot for the sphere -- even though he wasn't one of the original candidates considered. Parker and Donovan have served as Navy SEALS together before (parker saved Donovan's life in Honduras: they also saw action together in Chile, Somalia and Bangladash) and they are close friends. As Parker put it, they are both like brothers. |
