Synopsis:
     Parker's mission to head off a robbery that causes an international incident has tragic consequences for his ex-wife's fiance, Mike Clary. Believing he could've done something to save Mike, Parker clashes with Talmadge about whether to Back Step again th prevent Mike's death and make things right.
