Poem for My Valentine

I wanted to tell you how much I love you

Although I’m not a person to wait for a special occasion

I thought this would be the perfect time to express my appreciation

Dreaming all this time, finally getting this off my mind

That finally I can spend this day WITH a valentine.

The significance may not be great

But valentine’s is wicked when you’re celebrating it with your soul mate.

I enjoy your company, and when I do things for you

And feel the same as you do for me.

In a sense, Valentines Day is truly used for reflection,

A marvelous day for a man to express his love to his woman

Spread fictitious love potion

To realize his utmost devotion

And write words of over the top emotion
