Professional Home Care Services is a medium-sized Home Health Agency operating in the Houston area of Texas. This consists of a Clinical module, a Billing module, and a remote Laptop application.  The Clinical module comprehensively captured the processes involved in providing home health care with all mandatory documentation like OASIS, Plan of Care, Medical Update, etc. The Billing module captured all processes involved in billing, submitting claims in both UB-92 & HCFA-1500 formats and keeping track of Accounts Receivables.  The Remote laptop application consists of select portions of the Clinical module installed onto a laptop. This enables traveling nurses and other healthcare workers do the administrative work offline and synchronize with the main application whenever an internet connection is available.

This stored script is run in the second version of the same software to check if the old functionality in previous versions functions well in the new version. It also lists out what are all the entities that has been added, modified, and removed in the new version of the software.

Medical Analysis System is an automated Hospital Information System  deals with fixing an  appointment based on availability of the doctor,  various investigations that a patient has to undergo is maintained in  an order entry form and hence receipts are automatically generated. When the patient gets discharged  the discharge bill is generated  which includes accomodation ,service and consultation charges and other  charges incurred by patient for treatment /procedures that he/she  has undergone.

Eicher Depot Sales Management System deals with Stock and Inventory  Management for Depot, which are spread throughout the country but are not connected to each other and hence data must flow through  a flat file structure, e-mail or fax.This software captures the details of receipt and despatch of stock from plant and between depot as well as sales and movement of stock from dealer to another, as and when stock is received, the same  is inspected for all  quality parameters and only then captured into the stock master.
