Dough:Mix 1 cup water,3 cups flour and 1 egg.
Meat: Approx. 1 lbs of ground meat (chicken,pork,10% beef,whatever) season with onions or onion powder,garlic,salt,pepper to whatever you like.Or add or substitute whatever you want.
Roll dough into cylindrical tube shape about 1 inch diameter, cut into about 3/4 inch sections.Roll sections into flat circles.Put meat about 1/2 tbl spoon into center then fold in half and pinch outer edge to seal meat in.Then pinch the 2 corners together.Looks like a small hat when your done. Boil for about 7-10 minutes in salt water.Then serve with whatever you want- sour cream,butter,etc...
