There is one process that stresses you to the yield point once every semester and that is the long and weary process of registration. It makes you fill in your name, your address etc., etc., and etc. countless number of times. Well, since it was the first time and chaos is not unusual, the whole place became a fish market each one wanting the fish’s head which was actually not there. Thanks to the seniors who asked everybody to form a queue and the expected interrogation was there, “Kahan se hai?” At the end of the day, I was given a room – Room No: 69, Tagore

Next day, we went to Anand Bhavan and then to Sangam. My parents left the day after. There I was for the very first time alone facing the whole new big world. All around were eyes and eyes and more eyes, tears rolled down my eyes as I prepared myself for the all new experience that was to follow. I knew a lot was coming my way more than the speed of light – new friends, seniors, the college and the teachers and expectations were naturally high.
