This is a photo of my niece.  Many claim that she looks like me when I was young. She also laughs  like me.  What is your opinion?

Occasional Orchid
by Chowee Leow

Written by: Ivan Heng & Chowee Leow
Hi,

Man, unleash the woman in you with Chowee Leow in his monologue play Occasional Orchid.

I had a wonderful time last evening watchin Chowee Leow in his role as Zoe in this play.  Zoe was actually Joseph, who hailed from Melaka.  His doctor Father and his Nyonya mom sent him to London to get a degree in medicine so that he could continue to run his Dad's clinic.  However, in London, Zoe discover his true self- a transvestite/transexual.

Walk on the wild side of life with Zoe aka Joseph. Meet her lover, Brian.  Listen carefully to the dialogues.  Local languages, for instance Straits Chinese & Malay are used to make the play more interesting.  Learn some interesting acronym from Zoe.  Here are some of the interesting dialogues and acronyms that I picked from this play:

           -  GSOH - Good Sense of Humour
           -  ALAWP - All Letters Answered With Photos
           -  Kurang ajar punya anak, bo tua bo swe
           -  Come play my solo saxaphone!
           -  Confucius said if you think the way to a man's heart is through his
stomach, you may achieve 2 things:
              (1)    You may be aiming too high  (hint!!!! You will understand
                      better after seeing his performance!)
               (2)   You will come out a SHIT!!

I have said enough.  I will just leave it to you to decide whether it will be worthwhile to part with RM35 for some hillarious moment.  To me, it was worth every cent spent!
