SOUTH FOR PREMIERS
By Burim Sulemani
When   South Dandenong got relagated everyone thought that the club was gone and it was all over but no the rescuer came Qamil Rexhepi. He promoted the club in 1997 and now again in the millennium year 2000. If he is to stay on as president of the club in the 2000 when the Southerners are back in the premier league they will win the championship. With the squad they had last season in division 1 they would finish in the middle but they are set to sign at least another  striker for the loss of Xhezair sulemani to the knights and at least another midfielder and an experienced sweeper. If they get these players they will destroy the premier league and win the championship. The players they picked up last season were mainly from premier league clubs. The fairy tale of the season was the outstanding performance of Christopher Nedza who after having troubles with his knee came  from Ringwood and stopped nearly all the strikers from scoring. He was bought from  State League Division 2. With Souths recruiting officers Samson Elmazi and Burim Sulemani they will do very well and they showed this last season when they won the league and got promotion back to the premier league.
