The Victorian Soccer Federation was itching for Essendon Royals to win the State League Division 1 championship in season 2000. From the season that i went to all of the South Dandy games they got the meanest and badest referees to referee. Also when South Dandy played Essendon Royals the Federation put an Italian referee to referee the game and which caused the game to go in advantage to Essendon. It was those games where Essendon was playing bad and the referee gave free kicks to Essendon every time a South Dandy player touched a Royals player. A comment from a South Dandy official on the referee was that "Why didn't referee just give them the game" Also referee of that game Brunooooooo didn't report a spitting incident  which  Tom Markovski was involved. Markovski  spat at one of South Dandenongs Supporters. Footballers are supposed to cop bad comments and  they are supposed to act as Footballers. But no Tom Markovski has his own way by spitting at the supporter. Essendon Royals dont bring Tom Markovski to South Dandy next season because they will be after him and it wont be a good site. My opinion is that Justin Geri the unnoticed  player should have one the best and fairest award for State League Division 1. Justin Geri had one of the best seasons he has ever had at South Dandy.
