Upper Deck has authorized the production of a card set that honors Michale Jordn, the NBA's All-Time-Greatest Player. The set commemorates the three most significant periods in Jordan's career: (Set #197 of 500 matched numbered sets) *The University of North Carolina, where Jordan led the Tar Heels to the 1982 NCAA National Championship *His return to the NBA in 1995 after "retiring." Announcing, "I'm Back!" Jordan returned wearing No.45 for the rest of the year. *His impact on the Chicago Bulls. A five-time MVP and 10-time scoring champ, Jordan won six NBA Finals MVPs and led the Bulls to six NBA Titles. The first three cards in this six-cardcollection are gold mini cards. These 24-karat gold-embossed mini cards are recognized as the highest quality collector cards available. The patented production process for these special cards produces the most detailed metal cards to date. The second three cards in the collection are matching 24-karat specially die-cut Gold Signature Cards. In making these cards, a patented process was used to apply a 24-karat gold metal signature to the die-cut card that is a facsimile of Jordan's signature. |
