Kevin was sitting out on the deck of his room, overlooking the city. It was freezing outside, but he was only dressed in shorts and a shirt. A bottle of untouched Tsingtao was sitting in front of him on the deck table. A copy of Running With Scissors was half-read, facing page down. Beethoven's Für Elise was playing softly inside his room, the door to the deck half open so he could still hear the magic that was the classical composer.
Any normal person would've been captivated by the view that was in front of Kevin, or at least disturbed by the cold, but Kevin wasn't. Kevin hardly noticed either of those things. It was as though he were numb to everything around him.
He was a good actor, he knew that much. People around him didn't really have a clue about what was going on. So it was obvious that Kevin was a good actor, able to keep anything a secret whether it be his behavior, his real personality, anything.
Kevin closed his eyes for a moment. He could still here the loud music in his head as if he was hearing it for the first time, not several months before.
Kevin and his four best friends, who were also his band mates, had drawn straws one night and Kevin had pulled the winning straw. Which meant, it was his turn to decide which club to saunter on into for the night. Kevin had chosen Sin, one of more newer clubs in town which had a reputation for being the place to "be seen". Soon, three of the Boys had disappeared, either with girlfriends or just a girl for the night, leaving AJ and Kevin making small talk.
The two were sitting on black leather seats in the VIP section, sharing bottles of Cristal and Grey Goose between them. Out of the corner of his eye, Kevin could see someone staring at him. AJ seemed to notice as well, and as the short haired blonde made her way over, AJ gave Kevin a gentle nudge in the ribs and disappeared into the crowd, much to Kevin's chagrin.
The blonde sat down where AJ had been sitting. "You're that guy, aren't you? You know, the one that went to Congress or whatever?"
"That would be me. And you would be?"
The blonde narrowed her brown eyes and twirled a strand of hair around her finger. "Who do you want me to be?"
Kevin let out a short laugh. "Cute. So you don't have a name at all?"
"The people around here call me Gia," she replied with a grin. When she caught Kevin's confused look, she added, "my father owns this place." She grabbed the bottle of Cristal and took a long swig. "Having fun?"
Before he answered, he took a long look at her. Her bottle-blonde locks had two red streaks at the front, her brown eyes were lined with heavy black eyeliner and her lips were coated with a color that resembled dried blood. A silver eyebrow ring, silver hoops hanging from her ears, heels and a short dress finished her look of mismatch. Kevin watched her closely as she crossed and uncrossed her legs. She couldn't have been any older than 21, at the very most and wasn't pretty in the conventional, model-type way and most certainly wasn't Kevin's type.
At all.
"Fun? Yeah. Loads of it."
"You want to get out of here?"
Kevin opened his eyes and thought it was a dandy time to be drinking. He reached for the bottle and drunk quickly. Placing the bottle back on the table, he went inside to the bathroom and opened the small medicine cabinet. There were three small bottles of pills. Grabbing a few from each bottle, he walked back outside and washed them all down with the beer.
Kevin walked to the edge of the deck and held onto the railing just as Beethoven started again. It was on repeat. Kevin wondered what it would be like if he tried to jump as the cool wind swept right through him.
Would he fly? Or plummet straight to the concrete below?
He simply shrugged and walked back inside, closing the door behind him. The pills, obviously, didn't have their desired effect.

"AJ, just a little to the left. Brian, to the right. Perfect!"
The last photo had been taken and the five Boys sat down in directors chairs. Brian held up a magazine. "See this? They called Nick a snotty-nosed kid!"
"Dumb fucking rag," Nick grumbled.
"But they think the world of you, Kevin," Brian added with a grin. He flipped to the article and read aloud. "Kevin, the oldest and of course wisest, is the most gentlemanly of them. Gallant, polite, goes to prove that the true gentlemen of the world aren't yet extinct..."
Kevin smiled at his cousin and basked in the laughter as the Boys tried to contest what the magazine claimed. Joking they were, of course. They all thought Kevin was the best on Earth. Everyone thought so.
Fools.
His attention was diverted to a brunette walking through the glass doors, her blue eyes wide with anticipation. He noticed that her jeans accentuated her young figure beautifully.
He suddenly had an idea.
"Jacko," Kevin said to the photographer, "who's that girl over there?"
Jacko turned his head. "Oh, her? That's Ella, Ella Vogue. She's the next big thing, according to Ford Models. Only fourteen. She's here to do her first major photo shoot. I say, give her two years and she'll be bigger than Claudia and Cindy."
Kevin wasn't going to give her two hours.

Just as he had predicted or, in fact, planned, Ella the model had been taken to Kevin's room under the misapprehension that she was going to meet all the rest of the group there. That was Kevin's golden ticket. Most star-struck teens seemed to be won over with that and Kevin decided to use it.
He had begun his attack almost as soon as Ella had stepped into the room and as soon as she realised that, no, none of the other boys would be there, it was a startling realisation for her. Kevin thought she was the most stunning teenager he'd ever seen, and look on her face was priceless when she realised what was going to happen to her.
However, Ella the model wasn't all sweetness and light. She had tried to run, and Kevin lost any kindness that he felt toward her at that instant. He had caught her, in her underwear, by the small white baby grand piano as she tried to make her exit. She tried to punch him, so he threw a pair of cuffs around her wrists.
He was going to make her pay for her struggle, make her really know what pain was all about.
Kevin had Ella leaning against the side of the piano, handcuffed and half-naked. He pulled off her underwear and then spun her around against the piano once more. He attempted to push her legs slightly apart, but she refused. He grabbed a fist of her dark hair. Her head moved back so that Kevin could peer down into her eyes.
"Do I have to hurt you even more, sweetheart?"
"Fuck you," Ella whispered.
Anger bubbled within Kevin even further. He tugged harder on her hair. "Leave that up to me," he hissed, giving her rear a tight pinch. Almost on cue, her legs widened somewhat for his gratification. "Better."
Kevin soon found that no one had, as yet, captured the innocence of Ella the model. He was pleased with that. He was rough with her, rougher than he'd ever been with anyone. He found that she was quite the vocal model, he could hear the pain she was experiencing. He simply gagged her and continued on. His hands at her waist, he groaned with effort.
Ella still attempted to scream, to help herself, but she couldn't. She could hardly hear herself. All that she could hear was Kevin, his mouth right near her ear, groaning with each movement. Pain seared through her body like millions of bolts of lightning. This older man's body surrounded her, covered her, captured her. She thought she were going to pass out.
Ella raised her head as he finished violating her body and squeezed her eyes shut. She opened her eyes once again when her hair was pulled tightly, raising her head. "Good for you?" Kevin whispered in her ear, his voice husky, slightly breathless. "Now you listen to me. You tell no one. Understand?"
Ella nodded.
"You know what would happen if you did, don't you?" Kevin asked.
Ella nodded again.
"Think of this as good experience for you, gorgeous."
Ella closed her eyes again. Tears dripped down her cheeks.
