Hi,
Rathasapthami is a special occasion in Tirumala. On that day Lord
Venkateswara will be moving in 7 chariots. It is celebrated on Magha
Shuddha Saptami (Comes around Feb). Below given is some detail of the
event.
Ratha 1: 5:30am to 8:00 am
SuryaPrabha Vahana
This starts at 5:30
am and the ratha will be stopped in the North-west corner of the
temple until the first rays of Sun falls on the God. In that orange
rays the chariot glows very nicely. Many people will be waiting there
to see the event. There is a funny story behind it. Kubera from whom
Venkateswara has taken money for his marriage resided in the north
will stop him when he comes on this ratha and with his rays Sun
pleads Kubera to leave the God to continue the ratha.

ChinnaSesha Vahana

Garuda Vahana
This
is one of the most famous Vahana in Tirumala. On the day of
Bramhotsavas the crowd will be around 75,000 will be there on hill
just to see this Vahana.
