Hello, this is Max Shrek, nootch. This right here is Watchmen. Now first off, let me say Watchmen is one of my favorite books and it has been for quite some time. About a month ago, I started writing on my own Batman script. I thought about other superhero projects I should do. I thought of Watchmen and abandoned my Batman plans. Now, first off let me say a 12 episode TV series is the only way I could do this. A movie would have to cut out many of my favorite things including the pirate comic stuff. The only big change in my script is because of “Afraid: The Series”. I was so impressed by it that I changed Adrian Veidt to Aiden Veidt (BTW the 12 episode series came from director Terry Gilliam). So I started writing this. Now, to all of you who haven’t read the comic, read this first. It’s hard to explain but believe me, it’ll be better. Now, all you need to know is that in the 40s there was a super group called the Minutemen. This takes place in an alt. 1985, altered because of superheroes. We’re on the brink of nuclear war and Nixon is still president. Now read this and tell me what you think.
