Yesterday, my friend, Nao visited me. Daryl had school til 2:30p.m., so we waited him until he comes back home. We were quite hungry, so we decided to go have lunch in Modest. Actually, me and Daryl were really wanted to eat "Thai food"!! When we got the Thai food place... it was closed! Now, we didn't know what to eat. ..Well, Nao sagested to go to a Korean restaurant.(The name was called "Yammy's"..well, usual name for asian food restaurant right?!) There weren't choice..so, we went there.. It wasn't traditional style of Korean food, but it was pretty dummn good! Daryl and I had "Galpi?" and Nao had Bibin-pa. I used to work at one of the Korean restaurant in Osaka, so I pretty much knew how it was going to be the tastes. The waitress was very kind and nice, so we could enjoy our lunch than we though. The place was close to the Brenden theater, so if you know Modesto, it is easy to find the restaurant. (They serve lunch until 4 o'clock, so it is convenient!)
One more thing, I am not a coffee drinker, but if I have this "Coffee-mate's chocolate raspberry"(the pic is french vanilla..)..Oh~my God! This thing is REALLY GOOD! (I think last year, they changed the package, so now, they comes with this plastic container.) It testes like the starbucks coffee.. well pretty close to that. Anyway, I love it so much, so I just wanted to tell you! Probably most of my friends already know about it huh..
Today, I'm going to go to Daryl's grandma & grandpa's house in Manteca, and we supposed to have dinner. Tomorrow, (last day that we can hung out together) we will go take pictures at the photo shop and I think we will go to Sonora afternoon. Hopefully, I can have wonderful time with them and I am sure I will! |
