--EVENT REPORT: ALL-STAR PROJECT--

9/30/02

An utterly typical Trigun-only event--held in Ochanomizu, about 150 circles in attendance plus consignment, a lucky-number drawing for color illustrations donated by popular circles, and a handful of cosplayers.

Unfortunately, I had forgotten my camera, so I was reduced to using the dinky little digital camera that's built into my new cellphone. These tiny, lo-res, washed-out pics really don't do the cosplayers justice--my apologies to everyone concerned. (Still, my cellphone has a camera--how cool is that? I feel just like James Bond.)

Undersuit Vash, and a close-up of her costume. The cut-out stomach part is actually flesh-colored spandex with the scars painted on.	These two sported furry cat ears and tails, prompting fangirl squeals.	Another one of the many Vash cosplayers in attendance.
Her full-length shot didn't come out, but trust me--Dominique's costume was great.	Midvalley toots his own horn. I think this guy was the only male cosplayer that day.
Simple costume, clever accessories for this ship-hospital Wolfwood. There's an IV drip at the end of that pole.	I love it when people cosplay minor characters. Here we have Luida draped in green fabric, and poor little Tessla.
