Bush return with a new album, Golden State, on 22 October.
It’s the fourth studio album from the Brit quartet, and their first since signing to Atlantic Records in April this year.
As one of the few British bands to conquer the American market in the last decade, Bush are hoping to crack their home country with an album they describe as "a real rock record".
"The album is very empowering and uplifting, though I’m not really sure what its contemporaries are. That’s the weird thing about it. It’s like the record exists in its own space," says front man Gavin Rossdale.
Showcasing 12 tracks all written by Rossdale, Golden State is produced by Dave Sardy (Marilyn Manson, Systems Of A Down) and engineered by Gregg Fidelman (Red Hot Chili Peppers, Weezer) and features the forthcoming single Speed Kills, which is released on 8 October. A full track-listing is yet to be announced but the album will contain Solutions, My Engine Is With You, Out Of This World and Headful Of Ghosts.

Yay!!!! The coolest thing happened today. I was in the car and the guy on the radio said " Up next is new music from Bush I will play Speed Kills for you all" so then I came right home and ran to hear it I am so excited BUSH IS BACK BABY!!!!

The new Bush album is now titled Golden State so every time you see solutions in this site just replace that with Golden State. The official release date of the new album is October 22. The album will be released trough atlantic records witch most of you already know. I have updated my disco. also you can get there through the band section.

My friend Diane told how to go listen to A clip from the first single off solutions "Speed Kills" and it is awesome they have really stopped using all of the studio affects and are going back to the great music that came with Sixteen Stone. [8/13/01] Im back!! Nothing really happening there is some talk of a possible label switch or something I will find out more and update you all on that. As for now though i am going to get a little rest see you all in a little bit. Ü

[8/10/01] I am leaving this morning and I will be away for a couple of days. So I will not be updating Summer Is Winter until around monday wen I get back. You all sign my guestbook for me and I will read it when I get back that will be a nice treat for me.

[8/9/01] In case you are not aware of this a lot of people get music news from Kerrang. Well Gavin is on the front cover of this months issue. I noticed this yesterday while I was surfing and I figured you all might like to know that. In that issue you can read A interview with Gavin.

I am still waiting on the new album right now its kind of like how everything goes still right before a tornado hits. That's kind of where we are now and solutions is the tornado. [8/04/01] Here is my new layout I still have a couple more things to upload a fix up I hope you like it please eMail me and tell me what you think about it. I worked for a long time on this layout and it is by far the best thing I have created in my mind. I guess I finished my layout faster than expected. you know I have noticed that most webmasters finish there layouts faster than expected I think its because they enjoy building it so much.
