Orders will be shipped Priority Mail 1-2 working days after payment is received, depending on preparation time (salves are made fresh, some take all day :) PAYMENT
Payment options: Money order, direct deposit and Paypal (with the usual credit card options). I had to revoke the check offer since a few bounced and I was left hanging with HUGE penalty fees. Sorry. SHIPPING & HANDLING

HECK no! I mean (cough): Summerwinds doesn't charge a handling fee. Packing material is strictly recycled (and explains the odd chocolate or appliance container, so don't get exited when you receive a look-alike Amazon box or hawaiian treasures). I have always felt it ridiculous to be charged 5.00-25.00 dollars for a store bought box when I ordered somewhere, when the supermarket around the corner has hundreds for free. Packing my goodies up for their journey to you, well, I consider that part of customer service and that is priceless. IF the packaging material contains (yuck) plastic, rest assured it has been filched from 'incoming' parcels. DISCOUNTS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality upon receipt of any item, simply return it for an exchange. Please include a copy of your invoice with the returned item and let us know why you were unhappy with your order. This does only apply upon receipt of the item, not after you had it for a while and might have stored it on top of the heater and such – lol MINIMUM ORDER

List prices will remain mostly unchanged, however, due to market fluctuations and co-op opportunities I am sometimes able to obtain menstruums for a considerably lower bulk price than normal, which will reflect in specials for my flag ship, the Swedenbitters, and selected other products. LOCATION

They do NOT include irritants, pesticides, chemical preservatives, synthetic fragrance, coloring agents, or any other debatable substances.
