Herbal Teas

Steep herbal teas 15-20 minutes for most potency. I recommend 3 cups or more per day, prepared once a day and kept in a thermos, sipped througout the day. Add organic (local is best, find a bee keeper) unheated, raw honey to taste. If you are also taking any tinctures, this is the perfect way to smuggle them in near tasteless and easylike.

Note: Make sure you have sufficient supplements (minerals etc) in your diet, diuretic herbs will flush out a larger amount than usual and could leave you depleted.

Sorry folks, tea mixes containing seeds do not ship to the USA due to import issues.
