 She was not even born when her page originated, but we loved her fiercely already. Our first (but not last) Star was anticipated with just as much exitement as a human baby (which for us, they are anyway, our children). Finally, a real 'Siamese'. Again, many thanks to Joerg and Monika who entrusted us with this jewel. Yes, now we can say, THIS is the cat we knew and loved before. We also contracted the addiction, and it will rule our lives as much as our furbabies. Little Dara was born exactly on time, and her aunt Cara (the darker one on the right) helped to bring them into the world. Great hello eh? We were mighty scared 'our' kitten would not be born, but Bashi is a professional, and 'produced' everything on the wishlist. Can you imagine a more perfect kit? We think not. This little star grew up to be a beauty, and she knows it too. She likes to cuddle and purr just like the others, but SHE decides when. She can demand it when she wants it, but overall she is easy going and doesn't ask for much. She definately is the calm center of the group. She joins the star pile-up on the couch and in bed just like the others, but is rather a little lady then pushy. But of course she also gives headbutts and full body slams if she feels like it, and she loves to play. She is the only one of the gang who obviously likes to pose, no matter if for your eye, or for the camera, and always presents herself in the best light.  |
