4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
4 oz. cream cheese or reduced
fat cream cheese
1/3 c mayonnaise or light
mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1/4 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1/8 tsp. dried dill weed
1/8 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
In food processor or with mixer,
combine all ingredients. Cover and chill until serving time.
If desired, garnish with fresh thyme. Serve with assorted
vegetables and crackers. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
