Summer Breeze is a small Rabbitry located in East Pennsylvania, right on the border between New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We are a mother/daughter team of Claire and Julie Jesiolowski.

We are members of the American Rabbit Breeders Association (ARBA), the National Jersey Wooly Rabbit club and the Pennsylvania State Rabbit Breeders Association. Our Rabbitry is registered with the ARBA.

We strive for Woolys and Holland Lops that meet the Standard of Perfection for each breed. Each of our bunnies hold a special place in our hearts whether they are with us for eight weeks or the duration of their life. Our babies are handled from birth. We pride ourselves in raising rabbits that are very people friendly and social. Our bunnies come to the front of the cage to greet us when we approach, they do not cower in the back corner. They have no choice but to get use to dogs, cats, chickens, children and what ever other critters we may have around here.

We have outside hutches under a shady tree for the summer. In the winter they live in our shed, which has lots of windows to provide natural light. The shed keeps them from the elements of our cold and blustery northern winters.

It is important to us our bunnies are social and friendly. Although they can't all be Grand Champions on the show table, each one of them are Champions to us and we want them to be enjoyed by their new families.

Take a tour of our barn.

Our other passion is rescue.  Rogers Rescues is a group of volunteers who pull dogs from kill shelters, usually from the south, bring them in to our homes and adopt them to loving families. We are a virtual shelter, meaning we are not in one location. We have volunteers spread around the PA, NJ, and Conn.  area.  We adopt only to these areas.  The beauty of this program is the dogs are in our homes.  We can evaluate them in a home setting and tell you about their personalities such as: Are they housetrained, good with kids, other dogs, cats and children. We can tell you their likes and dislikes. The personality of a dog in a home setting shines through so much better then a scared dog in a shelter cage.  We are able to match the right dog with the right family. Please check out Roger's Rescues web page and check out some of our Wonderful dogs for adoption.  We are always looking for volunteer foster homes.
