This year Hanwei is only twenty years old. He looks so big from all angles that  you won't think he is actually so young.

     "Soon! Soon! I'll be 21!" Hanwei said.

     In actual fact, he is really unwilling "to grow bigger". He's always worried that time flies and he will soon grow old. He regrets jumping too much so that he now "stands out" too much in the crowd.

     Hanwei said he always does self-review. Everyday before sleep, he will think about what he has done on that day and alert  himself not to make the same mistakes again. Hanwei is used to doing things with complete planning. Doing things in a messy manner gives him headache. Hanwei feels that he is a little "neurotic". He always think in depth and gives himself unnecessary stress.

     In SBC, Hanwei always buy food stuff  to give people treat. On the day of interview he insisted on buying me a drink. In his bag there are always lots of tid-bits ready to be shared with others. Hanwei is really willing to spend money on "eating". I teased him for  wasting  his money on those stuff since he is still so thin. After work he likes to go with a big group of colleagues to dance  in the disco,and they can go really "crazy".

     Hanwei is a Malaysian. Although he works in Singapore, which is a long distance away, he still drives  all the way having to  cross two "checkpoints" before reaching  SBC from Johor. This is because he is very close to his family especially his mother whom he can relate to very well. No matter how tired or late after work, Hanwei still wants to go back to his cosy home.

     Hanwei speaks very fast, but he has a very sharp mind and very clear thoughts. I asked him if he wants to be a host. He said he doesn't have a natural smile and lacks good conditions. However he hopes to act in "bad guy' roles, and hone his acting skills.

   Acting is Hanwei's first job. Besides acting he is very interested in designing work. If he is not going to be an actor he will go on a designing career.

   After the interview, Hanwei said lightly, "Happy working with you!" I said "I am also very Happy"
