The love relationship between Hanwei and Zoe

Hanwei appeared for the first time with Zoe on the cover page of RTV Times and talks about their relationship

"She kind of turned me off the first time I saw her. Her dressing is casual and sloppy. I prefer girls who are neat. We also share the not so good personality trait of not greeting or talking to people we are not familiar with. Seems a little self-conceited. So no matter how I look at her I dislike her!"

"We were arranged to practise skit and dancing together and got to understand each other better. I discovered then that she has many adorable traits. She is open and framk. She does things in straight and clear manner without being petty. All these good qualities attract me strongly."

Good impression easily leads them to become good friends. Hanwei and Zoe gradually became a couple. They roam the streets and have tea and meals together. Their attitude is natural and intimate.

"My home is in Johor. Sometimes when I am too tired after filming and it's a long way back, I'll go to her house to bathe and sleep. After some time I got to know her family members too."

Usually when a guy "infiltrates" into a girl's home, he is likely to be promoted to become the son-in-law. But Hanwei didn't make the grade.

He and Zoe didn't become lovers but became good younger brother and elder sister.

For this Hanwei has no regrets. Instead he laughed and said,"When we go out she will hold my hand and I'll put my arm on her shoulder like I did for my mum. This kind of relationship is so natural to the extent that there is hardly any pressure. We both feel happier and more at ease!"

As a loyal friend, Hanwei will alway be by Zoe's side whenever she is troubled to give advice. It may be just to give suggestions or keep her company, so long as she is not left to feel helpless and alone , it'll be alright.

" I remember it's a small gathering to display our own talents. Hanwei bravely volunteered to dance. I felt that this guy is very sporting and lively. His dancing skill is not bad too so he left not bad an impression."

After that both of them would attend and leave classes together. And because they stayed near the same area and didn't drive they often took bus back home together.

Zoe smiled gently and recalled, " We have common interest and can relate to each other very well. So we became good friends quickly. There is a feeling of warmth , light-heartedness and happiness when I am with Hanwei . Our friendship is built up slowly, so it's safe and stable."

Zoe is older than Hanwei by a year and she looks upon him as her younger brother right from the beginning...(next page)
