DUTCH OVEN CORN CASSEROLE

• 1 CAN WHOLE KERNEL CORN (Undrained)
• 1 CAN CREAMED CORN
• 1/2 CUP OF BUTTER (Melted)
• 2 EGGS
• 1 BOX CORN MUFFIN MIX (8½ oz.)
• 1 CUP SOUR CREAM
• 1 CUP GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE (Optional)

Pre-Warm a 12" Dutch Oven

Mix all of the ingredients together except the cheese and place in a greased Dutch oven.

Bake 45-60 minutes with 18 charcoal briquettes on top and 8 coals on the bottom. (350°)

If using the cheese, add during the last 10 minutes.
