Thinly slice the potatoes. Rinse and season with salt & pepper.
Season the pork chops with salt, pepper & garlic powder
Put 18-20 coals out onto your cooking surface. Set the oven over the coals.
Pour about a tablespoon of oil in the bottom of the DO and brown both sides of the chops, then remove them from the oven.
Remove the oven from the coals. Place 14 -16 coals on the lid and about 10 coals under the oven.
Put the potatoes in the oven followed by the soup. Sprinkle in the cayenne pepper and mix well until all the potatoes are covered with cheese soup.
Set the pork chops on top of the potatoes.
Put the oven back on the coals, put the lid on the oven and let cook about 1 hour or until the potatoes are done.
