Toastmaster Club Officer Duties

Leads the club Plans dynamic club meetings Builds club membership Creates a public relations program Maintains accurate membership roster Prepares an annual budget Arranges meeting room and equipment Provides guidance and serves as a resource
Promotes excellence Surveys member needs to direct planning Increases member satisfaction Prepares publicity materials Records & reads meeting minutes Provides bank with new signature card Greets all guests & members Chairs the nominating committee
Presides over club meetings  Promotes the educational program Prepares the semiannual membership report Produces the club newsletter Assists with the semiannual membership report Notifies each club member of dues payable Arranges food service at meal meetings Helps with the distinguished club plan
Chairs executive committee & conducts club business Orients new members to Toastmasters & club Chairs the membership committee Writes for company or community publications Reports new officers to international and district Collects dues and fees Maintains the club's equipment & materials Promotes the club's efforts to be distinguished
Understand & use the distinguished club plan Helps all members become effective evaluators Attends & participates in the executive committee Chairs the public relations committee Prepares and mails orders for supplies Issues checks for dues and other expenses Chairs the social committee Attends district training sessions
Prepares and submits semiannual reports to international Arranges for Speech craft and other modules Attends and votes at area council meetings Attends & participates in the executive committee Circulates Tips & supply catalog Pays bills promptly  Attends & participates in the executive committee  
Coaches other officers Arranges for Youth Leadership Attends district training sessions Attends district training sessions Keeps the club constitution & bylaws Keeps full and accurate records Attends district training sessions
