Autopsy report concludes that the level of herion in kurt blood stream was so high, he would have been unable to pick anything (such as a gun) up. He would have been unconscious immediatly.
Wounds on Kurt's body proved some kind of struggle before his death. The needle he used to inject herion were deep and messy as if someone esle had stabbed the needle in him.
The only lines on the wrongly titiled suicide note that indicted suicide were the last 4 lines. which handwriting experts have proven were not written by Kurt.
