As I lay in my bed
Unlived memories float through my head.
Creating a twinkle in my eye
And a bright happy smile.
I almost can feel
Your body next to me.
Your arms hold me so tight.
How I wish you'd grant my wish tonight.
I taste your lips so sweet
And as one our hearts beat.
Your fingers run through my hair.
In your every action I know you care.
Even more I know it's true
When you say "I love you"
In your arms there is such peace
As I fall asleep.
Forever I am yours
And always my love'll grow more.
My heart's never felt deeper
And I hope you'll remain mine to keep.
