Since I was a teenager I have been an objector of even the mining of uranium, in Australia we have the biggest deposit of uranium in the world, and to make matters worse it is situated on Native Australian Sacred Land! Please dont be mistaken I believe Madman Hussein was an evil dictator, BUT there were other ways, 25 years later, U.S.A & their Allies (including Australia) decided to 'go in' why did they wait that long?? Also, I would LOVE to know how the bad guys keep getting away, Osama Bin Laden? WHERE IS HE? Madman has only just recently been found, whats with that? Edward 'Ned' Kelly was the first-born son of an Irish Catholic couple. His father was an ex-convict and mother a migrant. He was born in June 1855 and was executed in 1880 at 25 years of age.

Scientists have taken a DNA sample from a grave in Toowoomba, west of Brisbane, believing it contains the remains of Ned Kelly's brother, Dan. Archaeological consultant Tim Anson, of Adelaide, took a sliver of bone from the grave of Charles Devine Tindall, believed by his family to have been Dan Kelly, one of the infamous Kelly gang. Mr Tindall died in July 1953 but there is no official record of his birth, his parents or any siblings. Or perhaps it was Ned? Either way, 'they' don't appear to have gottan them all!

The first Americans were descended from Australian aborigines, according to new evidence presented in a BBC documentary. The program, called Ancient Voices, shows that the dimensions of prehistoric skulls found in Brazil match those of the aboriginal peoples of Australia and Melanesia. Researchers have found evidence that they were later massacred by invaders from Asia, who became American Indians.

!INFORMATION ON SARS (Severe Acute Respitory Syndrome)
When we were contemplating Shannon's return journey (my daughter, 17) home it was so hard, with all the stuff in the media etc. after much soul-searching and many sleepless night's, not to mention researching and talking to medical professionals, I finally followed my intuition and she went home with a small first aid kit,(mostly for peace of mind) consisting of a thermometer, some disposable gloves, 2 masks, some disinfectant soap and some alcohol wipes. On board she happened to be sitting next to a nurse, who told her really NONE of these things could prevent SARS, its just like a cold she said, if your gonna get it your gonna get it, well is'nt that the way with most things in life........... DONT BE AFRAID TO TRAVEL AND SEE THE WORLD!!
