Cottage Rules

1.  NO PETS 

2.  No outside speakers for music, including loud car radios left on, are allowed. 

3.   Sunset Bay has a noise ordinance.  
     There can not be any loud and/or unnecessary noise after 11pm. 

4.   Sunset Bay has an ordinance forbidding tents or campers. 

5.    Should the police come to quell any type of disturbance- 
       you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

6.    Do not exceed the maximum occupancy set for your cottage.  

7.    For your convenience all of the cottages have been equipped with 
       brooms, mops, vacuums, and cleaning products.  
      Before you leave you  are expected to:
         A. Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
         B. Clean the bathroom, refrigerator, stove, counter tops, and sinks
         C. Make sure the property is free of litter, 
              and all garbage is placed in the designated area for pick up
