Ronald Belford Scott

Ronald Scott, better known as Bon, had a unique Blues-Rock style of singing. To truly understand and appreciate Bon's voice is to listen to an AC/DC album that was released before his death (pre-1980). Any album that Bon recorded with AC/DC : "High Voltage", "Let There Be Rock", "Powerage", "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap", "If You Want Blood", or "Highway To Hell" will give prime examples of his greatness. There are also a few imports that give further testamony to this legend's presence. Saddly, on or about February 19th, 1980 Bon Scott was found dead in the back seat of a friend's car. Bon's death was officially ruled as "natural" but there is speculation that he got drunk, passed out, and choked on his own vomit. The biggest tragedy, to me, is that Bon Scott can't be here to see his following. I've been a devoted fan of AC/DC since I was a little boy and it seems that Bon is bigger in death than he was in life, maybe that's what it takes to make people see the light.
