3500 metres long, 500 metres of vertical, and a panorama over the entire Mont-Blanc range. The trail runs along the mountain edge and its first precipitous wall will impress all but the most hardy skiers. However lesser experienced skiers can avoid it by taking its easier and less impressive variant. This south to easterly facing trail can be skied until late in the day and is blessed with excellent snow cover until spring. It bears the name of the 1962 slalom world champion who, at the time of his death, was also the director of the Breven cable car. He was also renowned for his "cable-car traverses", on the outside of the cabins!!
