Birthplace: Ningenkai... but is familiar with Makai territories.

Powers: Rei-gan and spirit wave techniques; also well known for her alternate spirit spells.

Role in the Series: She is known as Yusuke's sensei who trains him to be a good fighter and weilder of the famous rei-gan. She drives him to the extremes most of the time, knowing Yusuke had the potential to be the best. During the Ankoku Bujutsukai tournament, she gives up her life as well as her power to ensure that Yusuke would live and win against Toguro. She comes back to life later for the fight with Sensui and continues on helping and teaching Yusuke.

Love Interest: A long time ago, she and Toguro were a hot item!
