We did a 3 for 3 trade. He sent me one disc that was TAO, another that was unplayable, and one where the static level was higher than the signal. I asked him to send me new discs. He got very rude with me. He refused to believe that the discs were not perfect. We ended up returning the discs. |

We did a successful trade (4 for 4). Then we did another (6 for 6). Of the six discs he sent me, two were bad. One was a part of a two disc set and the other was a complete show. I emailed him and told him that I wanted replacements for the two bad discs. He said OK, that he would get them out ASAP. I waited a few weeks and after seeing nothing, I emailed him again. Same thing. Eventually, he stopped returning my emails. So I just sent the bad discs back with a letter saying that I wanted a replacement. I have not recieved anything back in over a month. |

We did a 2 for 2 trade. The discs he sent were on crappy media (we had agreed on something else) and did not play in my home player. I analyzed them on the computer and they were TAO. So I emailed him, asking him to make this right. He then tells me the discs I sent were no good. So I told him to return mine and I would return his. He tells me to just forget it and we could call it even. No way. I returned his. He returned mine. I checked mine again. There was nothing wrong.

He contacted me for a trade. We set up the trade. I asked that he send first. After a month, I had received nothing, so I emailed him. He said he would send again. After a few months, I still had nothing. He never sent me a "Hey where is it?" email. So I sent him an email saying that I am assuming he did not want to trade. He sends me back an email stating that if that's how I was going to be, to just forget it. He's a waste of time. |
