After their set they were gonna be a Strawberry's signing stuff for fans. When you bought "GO!" you got tons of free promo stuff. Posters, single, Postcard, temporary ltc tatoo, a 12" yellow single.
I think that was all. There was a long line going out the store and down the street. People would walk bu and be ask "what the line for?" we told them it was for Letters To Cleo. After hearing that same question.
It was getting kind of old so we would tell some of the curios people it was for the bathroom. They were like "oh my" it was funny. There were promo posters plastered all over the walls outside and in. "Go!" was playing inside. We waited in line for about 1/2 hour inside.
They signed our stuff. We told them how great they were. I told them I was really happy that they are touring with Everclear.
That is going to be a kick as show!! I asked about their show next week at the Paradise being 18+ and if they actually card people. They told me that it is 18+ and that they've never seen anyone get carded that wasn't at the bar. I thanked then and we left very happy. Jen also had her picture taken with them.
While I was asking Scott about the Paradise show he forgot to sign my poster :( I didn't realize until I hung it up at home. They were all very nice. We had met Scott several times before at their other shows. He was very cool! There were still alot of people waiting so we said thanks and bye. We hung out in Boston the rest of day. It was well worth skipping school for.
