NIRVANA NEWS
NIRVANA's new album, From the
Muddy Banks of the Wishkah, hit #1 on the
Billboard
Charts its first week. Although half as
many albums were sold as the first week of Unplugged In NY, it was
still good for an group that hasn't released an album in 2 years, a
studio album in 3 years. Many NIRVANA fans were very satisified with
the album which actually some songs sounded better live than on there
original studio albums. In the CD booklett, Krist (The BASS Player),
talks about each song and what show they were recorded for the album.
Songs can be found as far back as 1989 on the album (Polly (Big Band
Version) and an early version of Breed were recorded. Also, there are
songs from some of NIRVANA's last concerts.
Lyrics can be found on the from the
muddy banks of the wishkah lryics
page.
NIRVANA's new album, From the
Muddy Banks of the Wishkah, has dropped to #4 on its second
week on the Billboard
Charts. The album soon will become gold, I bet. And platium soon
after that.
