What's so civil 'bout war, anyway?

Shag Bark Hickory's last album, An American Tragedy, was recorded over two days in July of 1999. The band recorded 15 tracks for their farewell tape, including a few which had been written some time ago. This was the band's first recording session in almost a year, and brings their total output to somewhere around 15 tapes in 4 years. "May the stars and bars burn forever...."
