This page is my tribute to Nine Inch Nails and Trent Reznor.
I first heard music by them in mid 1989
when my friend played Pretty Hate Machine for me.
Since then I have been loyal to the movement.

Here are a few pic from some of their videos.

With the release of their first LP Pretty Hate Machine, Nine Inch Nails soon became the leader in what has become known as the Industrail Movement. NIN was known basically as an underground band until their tour with Lallapalooza in 1991. There they outplayed every other act, including big name popular bands such as Jane's Addiction. After that occurance, they became a popular band and played on every major rock station troughout the country. With the release of their second LP in 1992, Broken, many in the Alternative crowd decided to drop the Nails due to the album showing the hard side of Trent and his cohorts. This once again set them aside from the rest of the music movement at the time, which was mostly Alternative. After that album, they had a slow period and were out of the light for a while and were lost by the crowds, while fans of the movement spread rumors of what might be happening with them. Then suddenly, in 1994, with the realase of their album The Downward Spiral, they were suddenly back in the lime light. This was undoubtedly their most popular and most radio played CD they had produced. With the single Closer playing almost once an hour, Nine Inch Nails became a huge hit with the Alternative crowd once again. With all the radio play of this song, which contained a smooth tone and used graphic language, they were unquestionably one of the most popular bands in the 1994 music year. Trent Reznor also produced the soundtrack to Natural Born Killers, which sported Burn, a very griping and rage filled song. The song Dead Souls appeared on The Crow soundtrack that same year. With all these albums hiting the shelves at roughly the same time, Nine Inch Nails became a big name once again. They were able to play at Woodstock '94 and were one of the best shows in the three day event. They did one tour for The Downward Spiral album, then another with David Bowie a year later. They slowed down a bit, but have been in the recording studio lately in order to create their next hit CD. Also, in their time off, Trent produced yet another soundtrack, Lost Highway, which has the new single by NIN, The Perfect Drug, and also a few tracks that Reznor put together himself. On Tuesday July 20, 1999, the newest single The Day the World Went Away was released.
