This man needs no introduction. One of Liverpool's finest talents, Fowler took just 164 games to score his first 100
goals. Yet, the deadly goalscorer is only 24 and already has a mean reputation. Fans got a taste of things to come
when Fowler slammed in 5 goals in his debut against Fulham. From that game on, Fowler has scored consistantly and has
emerged as an all-round player. In more recent seasons, Fowler found himself a victim of injuries and played in less games
than he would have liked to. His position as the club's top scorer has also been taken by young Michael Owen. However, his
talent as a natural goal scorer is not in question and should he remain injury free (and free of disciplinary problems),
Fowler can look forward to his first full season, partnering Owen up-front. With this Liverpool-bred forward-line,
Liverpool has possibly the most feared attack in the Premiership. |
